Rheem Tankless Water Heater RTG-74PVP, Indoor Use Provides 7.4 gallons per minute at a 45° F temperature rise; 4.2 gallons per minute at a 77° F temperature rise. (Temperature rise is based on how much the incoming water temperature must be raised to meet the desired output temperature.) If you live in the red shaded area, the RTG-74 can provide enough gallons per minute of hot water to supply 3 showers in simultaneous operation, or a shower and 2 sinks in simultaneous operation. All calculations are based on 120° F setting, 105° F delivery temperature, and simultaneous use of above appliances. (See More Images) Indoor units use Category III stainless steel vent • Indoor models supplied with a 120 Volt power cord • Low NOx emissions meet SCAQMD rule 1146 requirements • A remote control thermostat is included with all RTG-74 models (factory setting: 120 F) Requires 18 AWG, 2 conductor thermostat wire for remote control connection.
